I do web design for a living as well as massage, which puts me at the computer 1/2 day.
I have read good and bad things about using a donut to sit on. I heard it puts pressure on the rectum causing hemeroids.
What are your experiences with this?
I have tenderness in the outer vagina (towards the front of my body) to the touch. It seems to me that this is the bottom of my bladder. When I ride in a car for more than 30 minutes, my pain sometimes increases.
Any info appreciated.
