Oh the shame.. :toilet: I have just come back home after going out for a meal with a friend. I went to the bathroom (obviously!) before i left, there was only 2 stalls and the other one was taken so i was quite surprised when i heard a female voice saying "hey, what you doin'?", so i thought ok.. wierd, lets just ignore it. But she kept talking, she was saying that she had just had a really nice meal and was looking forward to the weekend. Now im not one to start a conversation mid-pee but then she said "Where you heading now then?" so being polite i answered that i was just gonna head home. She said "ok so maybe we can go out some other time?" I said that im working alot at the moment cos by this stage i thought she was being pretty strange. Then as i was washing my hands she came out of the stall... on her mobile phone... and said "can you stop butting in, im trying to speak to my boyfriend!" :help: I will be so humiliated if i ever see her again!

LMAO!! Oh well, honest mistake!! Hee hee! That sounds like something I would do, so don't feel bad, I am notorious for saying or doing something silly or embarrassing... The other day I was at the Curves exercise "gym" and they do a drawing for Tshirts every Wednesday, and you roll these big dice. This week it was get odds or doubles (and you had to call it before you rolled) when you roll, and you can enter your name for the drawing....and I said something about what if your doubles are odds? Um duh, doubles are always going to be evens!! Everyone had a good laugh, and I did too but with a really red face!!!! :)

Hugs!

hee hee oops!!! Its like last week i was in a bar with some friends and the place where i live is a really old city, i looked out the window across the street and noticed that there was a clock on the side of one of the buildings. I drive past there every single day to get to work and back and honestly had never seen it before. So i said to my friends "hey look, they've put a new clock up there" they all started crying with laughter and telling me that the building was hundreds of years old and they wouldnt have just stuck a clock on the side of it! But i was insistant cos i really had never seen it before. Anyway turns out it was asome famous clock in the city that has been there for hundreds of years... and there was me thinking some builders just climbed up during the night and slapped a £5.00 clock from Ikea on the side of it...

Oh that's funny! And, again sounds so much like something I'd do/say! As I said, I am famous for stuff like that! My friend and I were shopping one day, and as we were walking in the parking lot up to the store, it was super windy. So, I innocently said, "wow, that's windy wind!" She still teases me about it to this day....;)

LOL, hmmmm sounds like something again, that I would do!!! Ugh, one time when I was with my first fiance, we stopped at his mom's house. We were talking to her as we were leaving, and she had the screen door open, thinking he would grab and it keep it open, as we had walked out already, so were on the porch and she was right in the doorway, well, he didn't. It almost closed on her nose, as she was leaning out a bit. She laughed and said "he almost gave me a nose-job" we all laughed, as as we did, she almost got her hand closed in the screen door....and I said "watch out or you'll get a hand-job next!" OH MY GOD, I wanted to die!!!! I was so embarrassed...kinda still am.....;)

haaaahahahahahahha LMAO thats great... oh so embarrassing but oh so great. Its like when my boyfriend first met my parents, we had all been watching a tv show about ghosts and were on the way to bed when he said "if you hear anything banging on the wall during the night it will just be the ghosts..." lol he didnt mean it in the way it came out and only realised what he had said when we had left the room. he was so embarrassed bless him..

OH! I can not tell you the last time I laughed OUT LOUD so hard that my side hurt.

All I can picture is sitting there in a stall, peeing, carrying on a conversation with the person beside you like that......Oh I HAVE TEARS RUNNING DOWN MY FACE.

I just wanted to say thank you! Bless you for making me laugh so hard....I'll be thinking about this all day long.

My lil boy will be coming in any minute and think Mommy has lost her mind.....again!

Thanks for the laughs. Reminds me of the time many years ago that I was at a ball. All dressed up in the full length gown, fancy hairdo etc. I raced to the toilet in such a hurry. While relieving myself I heard this man in the next cubicle. What a pig I thought, I'll give him whatfor for using the ladies. Yep, you guessed it! I was in the mens!

;) what about when the phone rings and u think youre expecting a call from a friend or family member so answer the phone in a stupid voice then realise its your boss who now thinks he dialed the wrong number as his irish workmate has turned pakistani overnight! Wouldnt be the first time ive done that..

Ugh, I did that at work one time!! When I worked in an insurance office, we had two lines. One of my girlfriend's called for me, and someone was on hold on the other line....Now the emabarrassing part is that she'd call and ask for me in a silly manner... usually "Witch 1 to Witch 2", so I pick up the phone, this is "Witch 2 what the hell you want?" Yeah, you guessed it, I picked up the WRONG line, I got the one with the client on it...good thing it was someone I knew and they had a good sense of humor....

It's good that some of us don't take ourselves so seriously that we can't have fun!
When I was in New Orleans for a convention several years ago, I kept seeing signs that said NO Convention Center, or NO Police Department. I wondered outloud to a friend why they didn't just say what it was instead of saying that it wasn't...
Similar thing as I was looking at the buttons for an elevator. There was dn and up. I can't believe I said to the person next to me, "Isn't that clever - they just turn 'up' upside down to show the down button!"
If this doesn't make sense, sometimes you have to be there because I can't explain it too well.

Or have you ever taken the remote for your car ------ and started to use it to unlock the front door to your house? LOL I have done that a few times....
