Hi All,
Just wanted to know if there have been any of you that has had relief with cymbalta? I mostly have urethral burning and spasms. I know it has worked for some with dyesthetic vulvodynia that I also have. I just hate to try out another antidepressant with side effects that are no help and then have to put up with withdrawl symptoms as you are coming off. Current meds are ditropan XL, urised ec, pyridium when needed, and vicodin when the spasms just won't stop. I have B&O suppositories for extreme spasms. I take Simply Sleep for a sleep aid and it works well most of the time. Have gone the elavil . neurontin, effexor routes with little success. Also, if you take Vicodin daily in small amounts (3.5 daily for example) do you think that could cause dependancy? It sure does calm things down. Oh well let me know what you think.

Wish I could help you out Jean, but have not had any experience with Cymbalta, yet. I was just recently put on Paxil Cr and then added Wellbutrin in. I am sure someone here will have some info for you!! :)

Hugs!
