How do people take their elmiron? Do you take one in the morning, one after lunch, and one at night or do you take them closer together? Do you take them back to back or do you spread them out over the day?

Mine is prescribed 3x a day, but I have been taking two in the morning and one at night for months and am still feling good. :)

Mine is 100mg. 3x a day. I take it morning, afternoon, and bedtime.

I take elmiron about every 8 hours or three a day. I find out if I only take 2 a day because I forget, the pain returns. I generally take one about 10:30 a.m., 4:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. I
find that taking one with atarax before I go to bed helps me sleep.

I've been off Elmiron for a couple of years now, but I used to take one in the morning, and two in the evening. Worked great for me.
