Hello everyone just wanted to let you guys now I am doing a little better on the new antibotic cipro. Can a uti and kidney infection feel worse in a person with ic. I am in pure agony but it starting to get a little better now.

This just my educated guess, as I haven't had a kidney infection, but many UTI's throughout my life and I would say yes. I read somewhere on here that a UTI can really affect our bladders for a good two weeks even after it's been "cleared up" with anti's. It can take that long for it to "recover".

Glad you are feeling a bit better!!! That's at least some good news!! :)
