I messed up

Hi everyone its been awhile.

I had an appt. with what was supose to be a really good URO but I forgot all about my appt. and missed it now I am afraid to call them back to reschedule because I am afraid that they will say that I can't because a lot of Drs now have started if you miss an appt. you don't get back in. I have a good excuse for missing though I was in a car accident and had so many other appts. that I couldn't keep up with them all. I think that I will give it a try though because living in pain is not where I want to be.

Hey, grab the bull by the horns and give the URO a ring tomorrow and reschedule. Explain about the car accident and apologise profusely and I'm sure all will be well. I bet other people don't turn up for far less reason than that. Good luck.

I think that once you tell them that you were in a car accident they will understand : )

I agree with the rest, it's not like you blew them off to go shopping or something, lol. They will understand I am sure! :) Keep us posted!

You never know til you try. Definately call them and see if you can get back in for another appt. You may have to wait a while, maybe a month, but hopefully they'll be understanding. A car accident is definately a reason to let you reschedule! Were you hurt in the accident?

I will call them to reschedule plus I think I now have a UTI it burns when I urinate but the last time I thought I had one they said no it was just the IC acting up I do have some pyridum left from the last time the ER dr gave me pain meds when I had a flare up he said that that would help too even though I didn't have a UTI I don't know if I should start taking it again without asking a dr first. I was hurt in the car accident infact I am still feeling the affects of it I hurt my back and knee not for sure exactly what is going on with them they say I need to see a specialist but when I call one they say I need a referral and nobody will give me one makes no sense and my foot was dislocated all of that from getting rearended but it will get better its only a matter of time thats what I am going to keep telling myself anyway.
