He's On His Way

Just got an email from Chris that he was leaving Mosul on his way to Baghdad. From there he will go to Kuwait and then the US. He said that he is in a really great, optimistic mood and that he couldn't wait to see Lindsey and I. He is should be here on or about the 10th. :woohoo: I think the visit will be ok--plus he will be here for Lindsey's birthday which is the 14th of September. Totally off topic here, for those of us who are old enough to remember Emergency--the TV show where Johnny and Roy were LA County fire fighter paramedics--it has come out on DVD. That show started the medical bug for me, so it brings back some really awesome feelings. Anyway, I turn 35 on October 15th, and my Mommy and Daddy got it for me for my birthday. Ok, so I am easily entertained, but at I have never been called high maintenance. :biglaugh: :biglaugh: :lmao: :lmao:

What great news, Barb. I pray that this will be a time of healing for you and Chris. I bet Lindsey can hardly wait for her daddy to be home. She is probably bounching off the walls with excitment. Oh yes, LOVED "Emergency!"! I am 36 now, and when I was 3-4 I was in LOVE with "Johnny" (Randolph Mantooth) I had pictures of him all over my bedroom, he was the man for me..... ;)
