bladder compartments/pocket???

I have not been diagnosed - but have been looking around this evening on the internet. My doctor told me today that my bladder is very low (a stage 2) she said that she could see a visible medium sized pocket on the back side of it. I was wondering if anyone has heard of that before??? She is doing some thyroid test, she took blood, and scheduled me for a pelvic ultra sound... any thoughts?
