Illinois/Chicago/WI and MN area dr.

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a dr. who treats pelvic floor dysfunction, IC, and vulvodynia in the Illinois/Chicago area? Or in Wisconsin or Minnesota? What is the dr.'s specialty (obgyn, uro, etc.)?

Dr Moen. He is based out of Lutheran General in Park Ridge, IL. Urogyn who specializes in IC.
I've seen him twice - great bedside manner and seem very knowledgeable.
