I've stuck with lifting weights and I feel that the muscles in the back of my arms is starting to come back to life. :) The wonderful world of flab is still there :dizzy: but at least all my work is starting to pay off. To bad I couldn't do exercises as well as this little guys bends up and down. It looks so easy. :biglaugh: THe only bad part is I'm stuck in between sizes. One size is to small but the next size up is to big. Anyone else have that problem. Plus why are the companies making all extra long pants? :hmm: I'm short and every time I buy pants they have to be taken up 2-3 inches.
I'm in fat-arm envy!! I need to do something to tone my arms up, since they look like tree trunks! I'm short, too, so all jeans are too long for me also. I've just started buying really comfie shoes with a little heel on them. That way I don't have to take my pants up and I look like I actually care about being fashionable (which I don't :dizzy: ) . I'm really happy for you and your soon-to-be Jennifer Garner arms!! I'm with you on this little guy! Boy, I'd love to be able to do that without ending up in the morgue!! :biglaugh:

I still have a ways to go before I have any buff arms or anything buff really. I did find a way to do squats without peeing myself. Who knew my bladder attached itself to my knees? :hmm: I don't go all the way down and when I go back up I push some off of the weight bench. It's the only way I can do them but it still works. It keeps my bladder happy while I"m doing them and we all know how much we have to make out bladders happy. :biglaugh: I'm making my muscle "work" now when I lift weights. In the beginning it was just to get them use to it and moving. You know how you can feel your muscles after working out? Well, I can now. I want to get my strength and old body back. How could one little bladder do so much damage? I'm not giving up the fat fight yet. :tsk:
