is it ic or pelvic floor dysfucntion

i only have urgency and frequency once ina blue moon i have pain all the time like i have a headache on my left side and then it turns to like a burning sensation inside of me. One specialist said it sounds like pelvic floor dysfunction but maybe it is ic. I have bben on elmiron for 6 months and it might have helped with my urgency and frequency but i have pain all the time no matter if i go to the bathroom or not the only thing that takes the pain away is vicodin but i cant take it everyday it makes me feel druggy. Does anyone feel like me any help or advice i am going to a new ic specialist just to get like a third opinion and i am going to see aphysical therapist who specializes in PFD i am just so confused and cannot take the pain help if you could thanks

Have you ever had a pelvic ultrasound? I had pressure on my left side, and the ultrasound found a cyst on my left ovary. Usually the cysts are harmless and dissolved on their own, but they can cause pain.
