Yeast-free bread recipe

I am fighting candida and am craving bread soo bad, does anyone know where I can find a yeast-free bread recipe, or an alternative for yeast? I love making homemade bread :( Thanks soo much! :bonk:

Have you tried making sourdough bread? I don't have a recipe for making the starter, but I'm certain you can find one on the internet.

:) Check out the Canadida web sitte they have some great recipies. Also, I was the book store and did a search and found wheat and yeast free breads. I can not eat either. I made some really yummy, rice bread, corn bread and buckwheat bread. The only thing that yeast does is increas the leavening so when you bake without it the bread is dense and does not rise. But oooh is it yummy!
