I haven't read this book, but have read others such as headache in the pelvis and Waking in Tears etc. All I can say is that IC is a journey and anything that helps you understand it better is good. All the books I have read differ slightly in their theories, just as doctors opinions do - so unfortunately there are no easy answers and you have to make up your own mind.

I have read a good book for understanding by a doctor called Larrian Gillespie who has been able to cure people or make them understand their disease better - the only thing you have to remember is that we have all ended up with IC but have got it by different ways so what works for one does not always work for others.
