Is it Shingles?

Hi all....
about 3 wks ago I had a really bad flare...It was triggered by orange juice & extreme stress
Ive never heard of this happening to anyone here,,but here is what happened I got small red spots all over my pubic area..Very sore to the touch , It actually looked like a rash. Then i was thinking,,,maybe shingles? :hmm:

It lasted a few days & only b/c i was taking mega doses of EsterC. oil of oregano, garlic oil...etc..
anywho,,just wondering what the heck was wrong with me,,,thanks 4 listening~~

not a doc-but sounds more like a rash-shingles usually is on other areas and hurts like hell and last longer. Shingles is basically chicken pox so the rash would look like chicken pox.

Not a doc either, but Rhea is right. Shingles usually tend to be on the trunk along a nerve pathway and last for a while. They are also horrifically painful and look like the chicken pox.
