Hey, I'm 23 and new to this web site. I've been suffering with diagnosed IC for about a year now. On top of it, I also have MS that causes bladder spasms. I've been to 7 different urologists before my diagnosis. I like my current urologist, but he's not very sympathetic twords the increasing pain I've been experiencening. Anyone now of a more pain sympathetic Dr? :help:

Hi! I'm in Sicklerville, NJ and I go to Dr. McKinney in Turnersville. He and his staff are Wonderful :kissing: I've come a long way since Nov. '04 and was one of the worst cases he'd seen.
Their number is 856-374-1377 if you would be interrested.
If you want to talk, please email me any time. I would like to find a support group in this area, and am trying to get Dr. McKinney to start one in his office. I'll let you know my progress.

Hope this helps,
KK

Hi Pam,

I am also 23 and was diagnosed with IC about 1 & 1/2 yrs ago and Vulvodynia about 3 months ago. I live in East Brunswick and was diagnosed by a very caring urologist. His name is Dr. Steven Richards and his office is located in North Brunswick (phone # 732-545-8259). He has not had a lot of IC patients but he has had a few and he is very willing to try different approaches. Actually, I just made an appointment with the expert Dr. Moldwin (who wrote the IC Survivial Guide) but he is kind of far from us in New Hyde Park, NY. I figure the more input the better.

I only know one other person with Vulodynia and I heard it's pretty bad. I'm sorry that you have to go threw two horrible illnesses. Has either one of the Dr's helped you at all? I hope you are doing well, please let me know.
