I'm finally getting out of this house in a couple of months. Thursday my husband and I singed up for public housing. The lady ran copies of our marriage licence, my ssi statment, checking acct statments, bills and gave us a criminal background check, it came out clean of course.. We never got into any trouble and not planning to either. Anyway, The lady said I will hear something from her in 2 to 4 months. I can't wait to move out. living with my brother is just to much drama and there is hardly any peace and quiet, We need our space. My brother and his girlfriend better look for jobs or something because we're moving.. Another reason why were moving, because we are tired of the free loaders " brother and his girlfriend" living off of us. I have more good news. I got my food stamps today man that was fast, I just had a appointment at the dhs tuesday. I forgot to tell you all my husband lost his housekeeping job of 6 yrs last month on the 6 of june.. his supervisor told him she had to let him go. someone told her that he took candy from a resident at the nursing home which he didn't. I think that was just a excuse to fire him.. A resident offer to give him candy that was left from another resident that was already dead. The other resident roomate told him to take it because they were going to throw it away anyway. My husband is a hard working man he used to work over time alot and did everything his supervisor asked him. My aunt used to work at the same nursing home as a cna she got fired from there. A lady lied on her saying that she hit a resident. the lady quit the same day after she lied on my aunt. Since a new owner took over the nursing home, things really changed it's not the same, they fired all the old workers my aunt was one of them she worked there for 14 yrs. I'm not worried about it, What goes around comes around. My husband should be getting his unemployment soon. Sorry my writting sucks :(

Don't worry about it. Your husband will probably get a better job. I'm so glad you will be having your own place and that you got the food stamps. It should make life a little easier for you.

No honey your life doesn't suck. It looks like its a new beginning for the better for the both of you. This may be the time to get your nerves under control and your IC.
if you need any living room suits etc. there is a great site i posted on the low income called freecylce. sp? Cindy sent me the site. its great you may be able to find curtins chair couch, beds dresser or what ever you need. all you have to do is contact the person who is giving it away and pick it up the site is totally free the people who post there are not allowed to sale anything! just a thought if you need ex. help.
if you need any ex. help finding things you need for your new house you can't find in your area, please let me know I will try to help you find something. dishes etc if you need anything else.
