We both really needed this. My ex mother in law, who is usually a witch, got my daughter unlimited, yes, unlimited horseback riding lessons. She started today and I made myself get moving and showered and took her. She had the biggest, happiest smile on her face that I've seen in a long time. I took tons of pictures. She's going to have 3 or 4 private lessons then join another beginners group. I'm SO happy for her, and so happy that I managed to get myself up and out of my funk to be with her. She looked like a natural with that horse and is not going to have any problems. It was so nice to be out by the riding rings, in the shade, getting bit by huge flies and mosquitos!!! I mean it, it was nice just to be alive and out of this house.

I think I might even go to Wally World now....

:woohoo:

sorry about all the bites from the bugs but while your at wally world pick up some bug spray with deet in it so the next time you go see your daughter ride you have back up.
I know this made you feel better. just to see those smiles on those little faces can change everything around.
sending you hugs and prayers and take it easy at wally world don't do to much.

Thanks Rhonda. I figured I'd sit here and eat my lunch with my feet up......take my pain meds, then go shopping for an hour, maybe. At least at my walmart the bathrooms are clean and I know right where they are.

You're right, those smiles make everything worth it...everything. Oh, and I will buy the "OFF" spray while I'm there. The bug bites are nothing compared to what we both got out of this morning though.

Finally smiling some,

Sandy

Glad to see you had a great time, enjoy Wally World!!!!!!!!!!!! Sometimes we just have to kick ourselves up and do what we don't feel like doing. I nknwo my girls take dance and 3 nights a week it is a 40 mile round trip to class, most of the time I drag myself and wonder why...........then the recital comes and I knwo why I did it.

stasny, my oldest is now 17, he plays the cello and has since the 5th grade. I have driven I dont now how many 1000's of miles over the years to get him to rehearsals, classes, out of town things, but when it comes down to those concerts my heart just bubbles over with pride. It's all worth it.

It really is great to see our kids doing something they love. It's great therapy for me today, I know that!!

Thanks for writing!

That's so great! I'm always happy to read about successes. By the way, we have found the Cutter's is more efficient than Off to keep those bugs away.

Sounds very positive, Sandy. Keep finding things to get you out and about. Good luck tomorrow at the gyno. I hope that comes out favorably.

Sandy P.m me tomorrow to let me know how your appt went or email me. Your in my prayers Girl. Did you get to go to wal marts?
I do agree about the wal marts bathroom normally there clean and always has tissue in them. only thing gets me is when i get there I always have to go and if there cleaning the onces in the front (they block them off at this time) i have to try to get to the back of the store, but better clean then a dirty one i always say. I can't stand a dirty bathroom.
Hope to talk to you again soon. I pray you get some good news. I'm so worried about the report tomorrow Know matter what know i'm here for you anytime you need to talk, vent etc.
take care.
Rhonda
