Anti candida diet

Does anyone of a good anti-candida program?? I suspect yeast is a problem and want to try one of these so called "candida diets". I can't find anything online unless I want to purchase expensive books I CANNOT afford to buy!!!

I am prone to yeast infection, too. I have come out of a diet that helps me stay away from infection.

reduce artificial sugar intake and mushroom.
Take Vitamin A, C, E to reboost your immune system.

You may be able to find something online if you go to www.askjeeves.com (http://www.askjeeves.com) and ask the question Where can I find information on an anti-yeast diet?
I tried it and there are several sites that come up that might help you.
