need help

i just bought the aloe vera gel it is gross it says to drink 8 ounces so i am doing it mixing it with nothing i bought it because one if the icers says it made her go into remission. I want to know if it is okay to mix it with something else or has it helped anyone else. Please let me know if you had any success. Thanks

i havent never taking the liquid, but i dont see where it would hurt if you mixed it with something IC safe.
did you think about asking the store where you bought it at? does it say on the bottle. sometimes (i admit i missed this a time or two) there is more direction under the label. it peels back.
maybe that bottle has something like that on it. (just a thought)

actually, on my bottle of gel, it suggests mixing it with a favorite juice.

Lady that owns a health food store down the road from me said if it were the juice not gel to put it in juice. Cant tell about the gel, if it says u can, go for it, but 8 ounces a day? Thats sure a lot of aloe :)
