Has any one tried Depo Medrol or Clelestone?

I looking for info on other steriod options, since the kenalog is geiving me bad after pain. We are going to try the solu cortef but my dr was also interested in what else is out there!
have any of you used the Depo Medrol or Celestone??
If so how much and with what?

I gave this to a patient in our office prior to her allergy shot....thick and hard to inject. She said it worked pretty well for the allergic reaction part, but made her arm very sore.
