Pregnant & antibiotics

What is safe to take? I think I am pregnant and I believe I have yet another bladder infection. I don't think it is my IC this time (normally it is). I am immune to Macrobid and allergic to Cipro. What else is safe? And what about taking pyridium while pregnant? Is it harmful? Help me girls! Tiffany :headbang:
