I was wondering if anyone has had success with a yeast free and sugar free diet. I have been on Elmiron for 7 months didnt help andno longer on it . Also did dmso treatment.I do have alot of vaginal itching and my discharge tends to be heavy at certain times of the month,and i notice that is when my frequency gets even worse! I do suffer fron pelvic pain started PF therapy. I am wondering about this yeast free diet.
