Very humerous book!

My daughter bought a very cute book as a gift for a co-worker --- and I think I may go back and get a copy for myself. It's titled "Blooms' Bouquet of Imaginary Words," by Jeffrey and Carole Bloom.

Just one example of the wisdom contained therein:

"A Marathong is an undergarment worn by female long-distance runners."

I've been trying to read as much as I can before the gift goes to her co-worker!

I do believe laughter is a good medicine. A sense of humor can take us a long way. When I was in college (many, many moons ago), I remember my psychology teacher telling me not to take life so seriously. I've remembered that all these years, and do try to find the humor in my life.
