I found 100% blueberry Juice

I am so thrilled I went grocery shopping today and found 100% blueberry juice. I find blueberries help my bladder some. I also bought some blueberries to make a blueberry smoothie.

Good for you! I'm so glad that it helps you some. Blueberries help to carry e coli germs out of the bladder so you don't have problems with those bacteria irritating the bladder. Some people have some e coli in their bladders, others don't have much of a problem with e coli. It seems to be mostly a genetic thing. In my family, we have terrible problems with e coli getting into our bladders, we don't have the right kind of bladder "lining" to repel the e coli like normal people do so we have to drink cranberry juice (the women in my family without IC, I mean) or do something like that to keep the e coli bugs at bay.

Boy, if it does help your bladder feel better, might as well continue it. A glass of blueberry juice or a cup of blueberries each day, I've heard, provides many health benefits besides just the getting rid of the e coli bugs.

What brand is the 100% blueberry juice and which store did you find it at. I am still trying to find some! The only thing I found was the Blueberry Hi-C which seems to be doing alright with my bladder.

Thank you Emily. I too have been loooking for a 100% Blueberry Juice. I don't have a Krogers but when I looked it up, I found this which might be helpful to some. You can buy the juice online! :)
