Costco is a warehouse club something like Sam's Club that requires you to have a membership. I am sorry i couldn't help. Anyone else have any idea?

I know organic-friendly places like Trader Joe's and Whole Foods have it...they even have Wyman's blueberry juice in the health food section of my local Safeway.

How about a Fresh Market? They might have it. Or have you considered ordering it online?

Just be careful with whatever blueberry juice you buy that it does not have other juices or citric acid mixed in... Read labels:)

Hm. Perhaps you could order it from the IC shop?

I make blueberry juice. What I do is cook the blueberries and drain the juice through a sieve, then sweeten to taste. We have lots of blueberries so I put some in jars and seal with my large pressure cooker. You can also freeze it.

Thank you Donna If I can't find it ay my local store I never looked , I will have to get the ingredients and make it in my blender this weekend. Last time I went shopping I bought some blueberries and it seemed to help my ic pain some when I was eating them.

I from Michigan and a few weeks ago I saw that Meijer had concentrated blueberry juice in the produce section by the apple cider. You would just add water. I was curious to try, but chickened out.

Most health food stores will be happy to order it for you. I went into a local hf store in my town and even though they didn't carry it, they would order it for me. liz

I buy it all the time at healthfood stores...it is a staple in my diet. ANd the one thing my kids won't touch. (it looks gross but tastes yummy to me....perhaps due to the fact that my diet has gotten so restricted that anything like that is a treat.)

Wymans blueberry juice has added ingredients. The ONLY blueberry juice that I have ever found that is just blueberries is RW KNUDSEN Just Blueberry Juice. I order it by the case from my local health food store, that way I get a bulk discount. It is expensive but I mix it with water.

That's a good brand and water added to it is a good idea not only for financial reasons but it's a bit thick. On the West Coast we have a company called Odwalla and they have an extremely yummy blend of fruits based with blueberries...mixed with a little banana, apple juice and pear juice I think. It's called "'Blueberry Monster" .

I know, I know...It's crazy what my body accepts and rejects. Bananas alone (or in a nice bowl of cheerios) will set it crazy....but mixed into the juice is ok. I bought it once and very carefully tested it. Maybe the B.berries nuetralizes it. As far as apples...I've been fine with apples from the start, as long as they are organic...(since I can't get out much any more in terms of driving myself, and nearest pesticide and such food store is at least 2 miles....I don't drive to it..so I have a door service. once a week, a company delivers fresh organice produce...it's sort of a surprise, based on what the Farmers send, but I can let them know fruits (especially) I am sensitive too and they are wonderful. The price is a little spendy but not too much. Anyway...There are always awesome crisp Jonagold? or Pink Lady apples in there and they are great to me. Funny, when I was a kid I thought they were boring. My kids even love this produce and I have to order a full size family box, which my hubby grumbles at....but my kids won't eat the mushy, shiny grocery store fruit. I put out a bowl of apples, pears (and in the winter I put oranges with them) and they are gone...they don't have to ask me for that.

Anyway...yucky day for me. I've been bad in terms of diet. I'm in pain but I'm eating Lucky charms. I don't know about the rest of you but sometimes you just say "what the F....." "I hurt anyway" ..I know, logical thing is to cleanse my body but dammit, I want the lucky charms...talk about preservatives.

I used to get lectured from my doc on my weight being too high (really high...like 230) now, its lectures and worries about eating enough. I think my husband must have called him cause it sounded like a lecture from him. I'm in my wieght range...I just have a body type that is, shall I say, solid and muscular and I look sort of frail? I don't know...my energy is slowly coming up although my wieght goes down, and I feel ok. I'm just not hungry much. Do you guys ever feel that way?
