L-Trytophan ?

I am contemplating taking L-Tryptophan to increase my serotonin levels.
I have tried multiple SSRI's ,e.g. lexapro and zoloft, and they cause my
IC to flare. Does anybody have any experience with this compound?

I know that it was banned for awhile, but that was due to a bad manufacturer, not the actual compound, so don't let that scare you if you come across that info. Do you have a compounding pharmacy near you? I bet that they would be the best place to go to ask about this.

I use to take this at nite to sleep..( was withdrawing from sleeping pills at the time.
well they banned it,,,now am back on pills :mad:

It was the only Natural sleep aid that worked for me.
