solu cortef instills

I remember someone writing about this lately but I can't find it?? Would there be a diff between solu cortef vs. solu medrol or decadron? The latter two I have been able to get but not the solu cortef. Just wondering if I missed out on anything by not trying solu cortef.

I hve been treated with solu cortef many times. When I have a hydro, I usually have an overnight continuous irrigation containing it --- it really makes a difference in my recovery. My uro is on a leave of absence and I had a different one for my last hydro and he chose not to do the irrigation --- my recovery period was much longer and I had more pain this time.
