when you first become pregnant how can you tell the diference between crampping and bladder pain and does the bladder pain ever get better?

My cramping was like mentral cramps, my bladder and plevic pain was ok there for awhile but now in the 3rd trimester it is bad. Hurts to lay, sit, stand ,walk ect..everyone is different remember and some go into remission while PG
