Ok, add your own thing that makes YOU happy! (OTHER than having a pain free day, please)
My happiness is spending a Sunday morning with my church 'family' and then my Hubby taking me to walmart and sitting (somewhat patiently) while I buy fabric for a new quilt project.
(And he didn't even remind me that I have 4 or so UFO's (UnFinished Objects) at home already!)
I bought 1 yard each of great fruitey fabrics! Watermelons, Oranges, Blueberries, Lemons, Cherries, and Strawberries! I am getting together with friends on Tuesday and we're all sewing a "quilt as you go" project.
No kids allowed on Tuesday!

It was really great!! I think we should shut the t.v. off at least once a week and just talk, it was really nice!
It's really the little things in life that matter :)

Angela~
Talking to God. THAT is a GREAT answer!!! I love photography too. I am always the "camera Mom"
Kadi~
Great songs @ church - Wow. I hadn't thought of that! Certain songs just really speak to you, huh? And your love of sparkely beads must be like me running my hands over fabric bolts and deciding which one is 'talking' to me. :)

Happiness is a day just warm enough to go lay on the swing out in the backyard and listen to nature.

Getting flowers on my b-day! :)
Kadi,
Great answers......I too lovveee music in church. We had a gospel band visit last week and it was awesome. They even have one of their songs on the top 100 gospel chart. Pretty neat coming from a not-so-big town.
I liked everyone's answers........Michelle, wattcha making? For our church we bought about 50 gifts for around a 1.00 and I've also collected members empty cans of green beans, corn..etc...to paint them white, let the kids decorate with markers and stickers, fill them with peanuts in the shell and place a scrap piece of material on top with a rubber band for a lid. Just a little extra gift to make them feel special. :)

Hello all!
Happiness for me is being with my family...hubby and three great kids 8,13,15.Thay are my sunshine. I also hope soon to enjoy the birthday gift I received back in April...a whole day at a very lovely spa....hot rock massage, manicure, pedicure... A real gift, even though I feel guilty cuz it is just about me.
My other greatest joy is seeing my dad, who has been confined to a wheelchair since September, and told he would never walk again, get up outta that chair and walk...baby steps, but praise to the Good Lord..he is beginning to walk.
Thanks for starting this thread Michelle, it is a great pick me up..Have a great week! :grouphug: Sheri g
