Pneumonia left, Asthma and IC Stays

It's a tired songbird online right now talking to this wonderful community we have. I found some herbal tea which is as good or better than the medicine I was given for asthma. However, after taking it awhile I now have a flare. Hurts to sit or lie down. I feel very exhausted. Went to get mail downstairs and got short of breath. I'm not going to let any of this get me down but I'm not exactly jumping for joy either. It could also be the antibiotics I took for the pneumonia. It was IC friendly until today. All prayers very welcome. I know we are not a prayer group here but if anyone feels like it that would be very nice. Also some healing thoughts. It's hard enough to have IC without the pneumonia (thankfully gone) but the asthma is difficult. I have inhalers and all that. I'm so tired. Sorry to complain but I had to let it out. Thank you everyone for listening and being supportive. This group is very supportive.
