Does anybody know of a good vulvodynia or vlvovaginal doctor in the Houston/Galveston, Texas area?

I see a physican in Houston by the name of Raymond Kaufman. He is located in the Smith Towers on Fanin Drive. He is affiliated with the Methodist Hospital. His phone number can be found in the Houston book or from information.

He is an older gentleman, probably about 70 years old and has some medical condition which limits his walking, but he is very well known for his work in this area. I live in South Texas 5 hours from Houston and several docs I've seen here know who he is.
