Had cysto/hydro June 1st.

Well I had my cysto/hydro June 1st .. my uro also dialated my urethra. He said I had some inflammation around the bladder neck. My bladder capacity was 700 cc. He said I had a few spots of pin point bleeding. He put me on a low dose of macrodantin and ditrpoan XL. I go back to see him June 30. He said if the meds didnt help we would try something different. DOes this mean I have IC? I am so sad. The burning is getting better but my urine is slow to start..is this normal? I had it Wednesday and this is Friday., Thanks

The Ditropan XL has been a life saver for me, if I dont take it I'm headed to the bathroom every 30 seconds. After I had my Hydr. I couldnt go at all and ended up in the emergency room with a hole in my bladder. After having a catheter in for a few weeks I started off going real slow as well, even now I really have to relax and sometimes feel as though my bladder is not even empty. You most likely will go back to having a normal flow-thats what they told me anyway....Good Luck!!
