IC Gains Acceptance & Recognition
For the first time in the history of the largest urology conference in the world (AUA), IC was featured prominently and was actively discussed among the thousands of physicians who attended. Yet again, many new IC research studies were presented proving that researchers are working hard to unravel the mysteries of IC. Unlike previous years, the CME Course on IC was held at a reasonable time that attracted many more physicians, rather than being held at 6am on the last day of the conference. Most importantly, IC was granted a "Plenary Session" thus allowing Dr. Deborah Erickson and Dr. Christopher Payne to speak with thousands of physicians at one time! It's fair to say that IC has finally received mainstream acceptance. Bravo! We will be providing an extensive update in our upcoming newsletter.
However, here are a few highlights!

There's much more... but this is a start! We'll have several articles in our upcoming newsletters!
