How much calcium citrate should I take for vulvodynia? And will this type of calcium constipate me?

certain forms of Vulvodynia, so first find out what form you have if you don't already know. No, Cal Citrate should not constipate you and it also has the most readily absorbed form of calcium for your bones. Dosage?

I don't know as I've seen anything mentioned other than the recommended dose on the bottle.

Hi!

From what I remember, my doc had me taking 2 Citracal 3x a day. I know it was a lot. I tried it years ago and while it didn't help it didn't hurt either. Good luck!
