I tried Splenda this week but noticed a little achiness in the bladder area and back. What sweetner do you use?

I use Splenda. I'm not diabetic, but am hypoglycemic so I have to watch my carbs. Splenda isn't 100% carb free, but it's very close.

Newbie here.. I'm Diabetic and can only tolerate Splenda. Nutrasweet (Aspertame) usually causes me to flare. It's really hard to stick to foods that don't make my I.C. flare up and keep my blood sugar down.

Try Stevia I was told about it at the Vitamin Shoppe. It's natural and 300-400 times sweeter than sugar. I would strongly recommend not using Splenda. I read that it is really bad for you.

It talks about how bad Splenda is. I usually just use sugar, however St Stevia works just fine. I have a real problem using anything that is chemical. Stevia comes with a little tiny spoon and it seems only two is needed. Yeah it looks like one of those you see in movies thar are used for drugs. When sugar isn't handy I use Stevia.

One of the reasons I prefer Splenda to any of the artificial sweeteners is that I can use it in cooking. Most will either lose their sweetness or taste horrible when cooked.
