Does anyone know of a good link or where I can find a thorough listing of low oxylate foods? I am sure I am suffering from VV along with IC.
Thanks,
Hattie

Hi Hattie,
I have VV and IC. Here's one site that provides a lot of useful information: http://www.gnc.com/health_notes/Diet/Low_Oxalate_Diet.htm
I also recommend taking calcium citrate daily. You might also want to ask your doctor about taking Urocit-K, which helps by reducing oxalates in urine. Both of those have helped give me some relief from burning and inflammation.

Poetgirl,
Thanks for the info. I will check this out. I do take the calcium citrate already. I will mention the Urocit-K when I see the Dr. again. I appreciate your help.

I take Caltrate twice a day, which comes to about 1200 mg.
