Acidophilus/ Bifidus and IC flare?

Hi,
I stopped taking my acidophilus pills when i found out that I had IC. I was worried that taking them would bother my bladder. Do they really bother the bladder? I'd really like to start taking them again and would love to hear how your bodies have been reacting to taking these supplements!! (yogourt too)

I have heard many people here say they take the probiotics with no problems. You will most likely be just fine taking them. :)

Oh, but in terms of yogurt some IC patients do have trouble eating that without flaring.
