Hi Everyone,
It's been awhile since I've checked in here because I started feeling much better. Anyways, I'm in MAJOR PAIN again and am back to feeling hopeless.
I have a question about evian water.. I was drinking it and then I stopped and just started drinking regular bottled water and tap water ( I live in Newfoundland Canada ) and most people drink tap water here. I've noticed that I started getting my IC symptoms again with MAJOR BURNING.
I also noticed in the IC list of foods that Evian is the best water to drink.
Why is this? What is the difference between Evain and regular bottled water?
