Vestibulitis and PFD and IC, ???

Hello, any comments on this? I began physical therapy for pelvic floor dysfunction . When I was re-evaluated, and I had not been to PT for two weeks, I was told I have vestibulitis on top of everything else. I'm applying Premarin cream to the area daily. I've continued PT - external only, and I do exercises. But is there anything else I can do?

I also have all three, as many of us do. I have been doing internal and external PT for a few months and it has helped alot. If you have PFD you need internal PT. As for the vestibulitis I was using Estrace and that seemed to help, but I am not sure how long I am supposed to use it for. hope this helps
