Vanilla

I have finally (i think) found what is giving me horrible flares...vanilla...anything with vanilla flavoring kills me...Anyone else have this problem...Just wondering kinda strange..but with IC everything is... :biglaugh:

I only use pure vanilla extract not flavoring and have had no problem. The down side of the pure vanilla is it is expensive.

Artificial flavors of any kind hurt me....especially fake maple syrup and "vanillin" which is the artificial vanilla. Real vanilla is great...

Isn't it funny the things that make us flare?! Everyday is a mystery to me! I'm glad you found one of your triggers!

I always buy pure vanilla extract. It's more expensive, but it takes less to flavor things.
