I used to jog everyday and was very active... the pain from my bladder along with pelvic floor dysfunction has turned me into a stiff inactive person:( R there any ic bladder friendly exercises or stretches to make me feel better?? thank u

Like you I was a jogger, now walking is a challenge. I do yoga now, it really helps me keep my muscles stretched. On good days I will do pilates.

i have found that swimming works well. I also run on days i am able, but swimming seems to NEVER bother it--just work up to it gradually. I think it actually helps.
