Is that Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas? If so, you'll be about 45 minutes from me. Congrats!

Barb congrats :woohoo: to you. I know a change in scenery and people will be of so much help to you. Maybe you can go there and find the help you need, since you can hardly get it where you are at. Plus you will be closer to your family in FLA now right??? I am very happy for you.

Karma,
Yes it is in Kansas. It is also only 3 hours from Omaha where I went to nursing school. Quite a few of my old friends are still there, even my old roomate. :woohoo:

Woo hoo, that's wonderful! And congrats to your hubby for making it to the resident course! (My hubby wasn't picked for the resident course, had to do the correspondence one instead, but he still got selected below the zone for 0-5 - go figure!) Anyway that's a very positive sign for his career, for sure!
I think you will love Ft. Leavenworth. I was there when I was five - my Dad was going through CGSC then. Everyone always says, that's one of their best years, that year at Leavenworth.
I hope you will have many happy times there, and I pray for healing for you so you will be well enough to enjoy those good times!
Blessings, Lori

Coool! Congratulations for your husband getting this assignment. My husband also attended that school even though he is in the Navy. It was a really fun year for us!

Oh, and since you'll be in KS, you MUST see Dr. Tomas Griebling in the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC) he is the TOPS in the area for IC. Sooo jealous you get to be close and probably get to see him.... He diagnosed me and has such a friendly manner.
