NEW BOOK

Iwould like to know what the name of this book is. I am new into this VV and IC, and can not seem to get fixed. It waxes and wanes. Every time I am having a good day - watch out for next day or so. I can hardly wait to go to this guru of a Urologist with IC. I sure have not been able to get anywhere with the VV burning and stinging. And, if I get to bad I can feel the spasms so bad, I want to double over.
