Dry eyes? I use Thera Tears

Hello, I've always had dry eyes, I live in Michigan so that doesn't help!! I use Thera Tears morning & night, more often in the winter.

I have a son-in-law who is an ophthalmologist --- his advice to us was not to use anything other than artificial tears without the approval of a physician and if the container says it helps inflammation or helps get rid of red eyes, don't use it.

There are many brands of artificial tears.
