Aloe vera??

Hi everyone, Ive been reading lots of stuff on aloe vera and its benefits to those of us with IC!

Ive looked into the gel formula and its quite expensive, so thinking about the capsules or the tablet form do these work?

Also I'm from the UK and desertharvest seem very expensive with shipping etc, sooooo does anyone know of any reputable UK websites etc for aloe vera??

I used to buy capsules from dessert harvest but I can't afford it. I went to a health food store and bought a big big jug of liquid aloe for about 10 dollars. I put three ounces in water in the moring and three ounces at night. It really helps the burning

I tried the tablets. Don't know if they made any difference or not. The only place I know of to get the gel, is the Real Aloe, Co. in Oxnard, CA. (805) 986-4308. I really want to try the gel, as I hear it works the best.
