Kenalog side effects???

DOES ANYBODY KOW THE RISK OR SIDE EFFECTS OF USING KENALOG IN WEEKLY INSTILLS LONG TERM???
THE KENALOG IS A LIFE SAVER FOR ME BUT I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE SIDE EFFECTS?i AM ALSO CONSIDERING ADDING IT TO THE HOME INSTILLS I DO ALSO BUT AM CONCERNED? I'VE BEEN ON IT ALMOST WEEKLY SINCE AUG.
I'M NOT TOTALLY SURE HOW TO SEARCH THE ICN NETWORR EITHER? IS THERE A QUICK SERACH SOMEWHERE? I'VE TRIED PUB MED AND JEEVES ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?

Does it make you worse or sting at first for you?
Do you get Kenalog in the office or at home?

My dr. said no problem, wasn't absorbed enough to hurt anything in the system. Tell me, I didn't have much luck with solu-cortef or decadron. Would there be a reason to think kenalog would be different, anyone know?
