After several months of taking 50 mg hydroxyzine (generic) at bedtime I have decided that it is not helping my bladder and maybe making things worse. Can I just quit, or should I withdraw gradually? Does anyone out there have any experience with this? Quitting abruptly for two nights seems to be making me feel weird--chills, anxious, slightly nauseated, etc.
