Kflex - Aka Cephelxin

Hi

I got upper respitory again from sick people being around me and the works with the body aches.

I called my primary and he supplied the usual to me and glad I did not have to go there.

He gave me antibiotics kflex a-k-a cephlexen.

I know he does not know about i.c. as he is not a uro.

Just wondering if anyone else here ever took this and it was okay with the bladder

I ALSO JUST NOTICED THAT AFTER TAKING THIS MY URINE IS LIKE A NEON YELLOW AND NO I DON'T TAKE AZO OR PYRIDIUM. IT SAYS SIDE EFFECTS VAGINAL IRRITATION OR DISCHARGE BUT THAT IS NOT IT. JUST WANT TO KNOW IF THIS EVER HAPPENED TO THEM AND I REFUSE TO CALL ANY MORE DOCTORS BECAUSE I NEVER HAD ANY OF THESE DREADED PROBLEMS TILL DREADED I.C.

ALSO, DOCTORS SHOULD REALLY MAKE A LIST UP OF ALL ANTIBIOTICS THAT WILL HURT PEOPLE WITH I.C. I MEAN REALLY..

Hi Mary, I took keflex, w/in the past six months, no problem, urine turned the color yellow like if I were to take a vitamin, but not anything more colorful.

I have taken kflex for infections before and never had any bladder problems.. You should be ok with this medication..
