Any suggustions for IC safe condiments? I would like to enjoy a Turkey sandwich, but it seems most condiments are unsafe for our condition.

For turkey, I ususally put it in a pita with some raw spinach, romaine and add a little olive oil infused with garlic. And a pinch of salt (salt a holic ;) )

Wow, that does sound good. I will have to try that.
I sort of went crazy today, and glazed (very very little) with Mayo. I love mayo.

I often use cottage cheese instead of mayo. To make it more creamy you can put it in a blender and blend for a few seconds. You can add salt, a little garlic or dill...whatever herbs or seasonings your bladder will tolerate.
I also like to use cream cheese (the stuff that comes in "brick" form---not the soft stuff in tubs that has added acid). You can add a little milk to softened cream cheese to make a sauce you can use for a condiment. Again, you can added whatever seasonings you tolerate well.

For turkey or roast beef sandwich, I put a slice of lowfat mozzarella cheese in it (I like Sargento's) & heat in the microwave for a few seconds. It melts the cheese & moistens the bread somehow & makes it much nicer.
Also, with Prelief, I can have a little mayo or ketchup. (Very small amount)

When we had a burger talk recently someone suggested cream cheese with some roasted red peppers....I think you could anything to cream cheese and perhaps even thin it out with a little milk to get that mayo feel. I have a recipe for homemade mayo from the IC cookbook I would share with you too-
