i have been feling great the past three weks i think due to the dsmo treatments. Last thursday i had a laprascopic procedure felt fine until the following wednesday and have felt terrible ever since. i thought that Once the dsmo treatments are working you continue to feel better. I was and then here it goes again that terrible discomfort. I might be due for my period but am hoping i am pregnant instead. Could pms bring the discomfort on or even ovulation? Or do you think it can be from the surgery? When it goes away can it stay away? HELP

Did you have a catheter during the surgery? If you did it is very possible you have an infection. You might want to get checked for a UTI, just to be sure it's not that.

I agree with Kim, and I also want to add that my symptoms tend to kick up around my hormones. Ovulation I can usually predict by my bladder, lol, and right before my period is annoying also!! LOL
